Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were not the cleanest upon arrival and the bathroom was noisy due to a bright light, which was inconvenient, especially with my 8-month-old baby. However, the room size was adequate for a 3-night stay without feeling cramped. The service was excellent, with extremely helpful and friendly staff offering various amenities like car hire, housekeeping, and tours. The location was superb, very close to the city center and major attractions, offering convenience without the hustle and bustle. The dining experience was satisfactory, although the hot food could have been warmer. Overall, the hotel presented a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.
I chose this hotel for its extraordinary location in the heart of La Juderia, perfect to explore the Santa Cruz district in Seville. The rooms were very comfortable, but at times noisy due to facing an internal breakfast area in the courtyard. The breakfast selection was great in terms of quality, although a bit small.
The hotel had beautiful, clean rooms with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms, cleaned daily. The service was very friendly and helpful, offering a range of amenities. The location was stunning, near the center, and within walking distance of major attractions. The dining experience was good but a bit pricey compared to nearby options.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room, though modern and neat, felt quite small and congested for a 4-star spot. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, with the staff being very friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable about the neighborhood. The location is a gem, situated in the oldest and loveliest part of Seville, offering easy access to major attractions. However, some room locations lacked natural light, and the dining experience was impressive with a great variety, including rare dairy and gluten-free options.
The hotel has its ups and downs. The rooms, though not too big, are really neat and modern. On the downside, the bathroom light was rather bright, lighting up the whole room like a lighthouse, not ideal when you have a baby. The lobby is very beautiful, but the duvet on the bed is actually two singles pushed together with thin sheets.
